Great teams don’t happen by accident—they are built through the daily choices each person makes. This course explores what it means to consistently show up as a great teammate by choosing behaviors that support others, encourage growth, and hold one another accountable to high standards.
Participants will learn how “living above the line” means responding with ownership, positivity, and purpose, even in challenging situations. Rather than settling for average effort or negative reactions that weaken team culture, great teammates intentionally raise the bar through their attitude, communication, and actions. This course will challenge attendees to reflect on their role within the team and provide practical strategies for creating a more supportive, accountable, and high-performing culture.
